syringe temperatures

None of my jars have germinated. I've tried EVERYTHING. Incubated with glassjar/heater and heater pad underneath my tank. Nothing. I haven't had this problem before; everything was PF style perfect. The only thing I can think of that is wrong is that I keep my syringes in my drawer and the temp changes from 75-55 every day, would that fuck up my operation? Maybe kill my spores?

Hey Rice, those temps should not have harmed the spores at all. How many days has it been since inoculation? What strain?

It's been about a week and a half for 6 of my jars and about a week for the other 6. I sterilized by boiling, and they stay at a constant 82. Oh yeah they're B+. I'm a bit confused.

B+ can be a slow colonizer sometimes espically if the syringes were old. Wait 14 days and then complain.
