Is this enough space for a small pot grow?
    #5329741 - 02/22/06 09:58 PM (17 years, 11 months ago)

I am wanting to grow in my computer desk. It's a pretty big desk with 2 cabinets on the side. I was wanting to install a lock on one side where the grow will take place. Is this enough space to successfuly grow some pot plants?

27 inches high
18 inches wide
27 inches deep

If this is enough space, about how many plants should I grow in there for optium yield? Thanks

my advice would be to start a mother plant, and work with clones.  You have about 2ft of height (minus a few inches for your light), so you're not going to have a long veg. time at all, if any.

What I would do is fit as many rooted clones in there as possible (leaving some space for them to grow outwards, of course) and immediately force them to flower.  Depending on the strain it'll finish anywhere from 1ft to 2ft tall.

You have enough space just get creative. :blazed:

Yea, that'll work, I've seen a flouro grow in a computer case before...so really, anything is possible. I'd recommend a Screen of Green grow, your biggest problem is going to be heat if you use a hps/mh, so make sure you use some sort of cooling device (cool tube would be my choice.) Get a mother plant grow going ASAP, then start flowering the clones as soon as the roots peek through the rockwool.
