White Fuzzy's at the base of the stems?

Is it normal that white fuzzy looking stuff is at the bottom of the stems? Some fruits are coming out of an area where a layer of vermiculite is stuck onto it, so it seems that if it IS mycelium then... the fruit is pulling the mycelium out through that layer.

It's mycellium due to a nice and high RH, no big deal man.
