Hey. I just birthed my cakes three days ago and one of them bruised up a little bit and then gave me kind of a scare because I thought it was green mold but overnight it lightened up and alot of it disappeared. But another thing i'm worrying about is in some places the mycellium is beggining to get thicker and look a little knotted and clumped. Its still very bright white though but its just that my strands are turning into fat piles of myc. I've got these three pics. If anyone could tell me what this is i'de be greatful. Thanks.

Your photos aren't clear enough to make any reasonably accurate assessment.
You'll encounter mold in this hobby, without a doubt. If it happens, it happens. If it is mold, you'll know in a day for sure.

True, your photos aren't crystal clear - but from what I can tell, it looks like healthy mycelium. You're in good shape - I'd guess that your first pins will show up within the next 48 hours as long as the conditions of your fruiting chamber remain constant. Good luck!

That is a prepinning stage phenomenon where the myc starts forming knots at first it forms clumps then you will see tiny white dots everywhere even on these clumps, BTW the clumps are not pins, it a good sign!

Oyster Shell "Flour" $2 for 1lb. a hell of a deal Not what is overlay but rather what overlay is Gas Exchange vs. FAE "We all have priorities. I used a closet once setup a nice little lab trouble was all the shit that was in there ended up in the bedroom that pissed off the GF then I ended up dumping her as she was getting in the way of my sterile culture technique! Ya I got priorities too!!!"
