microwave sterilization

heard lots about it, but I haven't seen any teks or whatnot. I've heard a good way to go is mix up your substrate in a glad microwavable container with an extra bit of water in it, then put in a pan with a half inch or so of water sitting on top of a washcloth, then microwave on high for 8 minutes.

who knows what they're talking about with it?

Personally ive never been a fan of it, but for the sake of experimentation i think ill try it next time.
