I've heard varied opinions on this.

Should I inject the spore solution directly into the substrate, or onto/around it?

4 holes around it, and some people do a 5th in the center.....then it colonizes faster, and on the sides you can see the growth

Read either the MMGG or PFTek. And think about it for a moment, if you've seen varied opinions on this... how is asking yet again going to help clarify anything?
