I dunno, how much do they cost?
They probably won't come out a puddle, just deformed. If you can afford another one, and you have a PC big enough, give it a shot.
Also my statement implies no promise of success
-------------------- "To do right is to know what you want. Now when you are dissatisfied with yourself it's because you are after something you don't really want. What objects are you proposing to yourself? Are they the objects you really value? If they are not, you are cheating yourself. I don't meant that if you chose to pursue the objects you most value, you will attain them; of course not. Your experience will tell you that. But success in getting after much labor what you really don't care for is the bitterest and most ridiculous failure." -George Santayana

your lucky to have a PC big enough to fit one of those!
check the bottom of the container for a little triange made of arrows that says "PP5", that means you can PC it. and if it says like "HDPE" or something, dont try it.

Yea, I think that PCing one of those would be as close to the definition of 'overkill' as you can get. A little alcohol and a kleenex will do just as well The only reason we PC the jars and substrate is because we can't douse them in alcohol like we can everything else. Trust me, it will work just as well (If you do decide to PC it though, be sure to post pics, haha)

if you do try it make sure to insulate it from the sides and bottom of the cooker. Ever tried to PC syringes touching the bottom of the PC? comes out a solid chunk of plastic with some needles and rubber rings suspended in it

dont you find that a clear container such as the one in your pic causes your mushrooms to grow in places and directions you may not have planned for them? just curious.

Yeah clear containers do cause side pinning. I forgot to put duct tape around the sides of one of them and I have tons of pins around the sides.
Note to self: don't get stoned while working on setup

Tinfoil is alot easier than duct tape. Plus the myc. holds onto it as the casing shrinks, making sure that you don't get any side pinning (Thanks for the tip Agar )

wait, are you pressure cooking these with substrate inside or without? It seems pressure cooking them without substrate inside would be kind of useless unless you were working under a flow hood, you are still going to open it to the air otherwise which could put you back at step 1
