Go to the doctor.

You say it has been happening for about a month. So don't start freaking, even though this morning's episode seems to be more pronounced.

Calm down and go to the doctor. I have heard that many people do come out alive after visiting them.

Are any stimulant Substances involved? Partiucalry CNS's but not limited too Aphetamines....e.g: Ephedra, Caffeine etc?

Can you sense Palpitations? (feeling your heart bluge out of your chest)
Dizzy? Faint? Shortness of Breath?

From the vauge post....I would say there is a chance it could be something liek PSVT; Supraventricular tachycardia.

If this occurs frequently or it doesnt resolve within a few minutes then it would we wise to get checked up but the condition I desribe is typcailyl not serious if you have to previous cardicovascualr problems. MOst likely it is something psychological related (anxiety, Emotional distress, Nervousness etc...)
There are a couple things you can do fopr cheap in the meantime...get your blood pressure checked at one of those free stations..avoid sodium and alcohol (as well as drugs of course) If you do go to the Doc, the next thing to get would be an EKG after toyr vitals are looked over.

The same symptoms you expressed I have suffered with for awhile now.
Mine is caused by 2 things:
Hypothyroidism
Anxiety disorder

Try to bum a xanax from a buddy if u can. If it helps, then you found your culprit, lol.

Or you simply masked the symptoms of the true problem.

I'm not a medical doctor, but if the free clinic can do blood tests, then yes. A simple blood test is used to detect hyperthyroidism. If it is verified that this is your problem, then additional tests will need to be done to determine what is causing it, the thyroid or pituitary.

Yes. They just take a blood sample. Then they will send you to an endocrinologist. If its either a lack, or excess of, you will be on meds the rest of your life. Then you will prolly also suffer deppresion/anxiety, and be put on meds for that. If you have the HYPER, then you will have 3 options. A pill that works in one of 3 people, surgery to remove your thyroids, or radioactive iodine treatment. I went for the latter. And didnt I mention thyroids? lmao
