HELP WITH REHYDRATION OF CAKES

here is the deal. i have about 8 or so brf 1/2 pint jars. not inoculated yet, all sterlized w/ mmfilterdisks and have tin foil still on them from the pc. the problem is there like 2 months old. I have now moved since then and have no supplies to make another batch and no the pressure cooker. i need to get one eh? lol. i was barrowing one before about how much should i expect to pay if i was to go to wall mart? any way i was hoping to some how rehydrate those cakes so i coud inoculate them. any ideas on how to do it? steril syrnge with steril water through the filter disk? any gusses on how much water?

Wal Mart usually has 7 quart pressure cookers for about $40
