agar

When colonizing agar, its sitting in my incubation chamber at 28degrees celcius. does it need air circulatiopn, because currently it is completely sealed
should i poke a hole in the lid, and add some poly filter floss?

I don't think so...but I usually open the lids anyways, every so often...mostly because I want to have a good look at the growth...but I do not think it is necessary. Cheers
