How long would you leave your sterilized 1cup rye/1cup water sterile mixture before inoculating it?
I have some prepared in bulk, but not enough innoculum to use it at the present, or terrarium space

Yes, i was actyually referring to long term sterilization, and storage thereafter

Oh..I'm sure you can store sterilized jars for a while, just not too long... I would think a couple weeks should be fine as long as they dont lose any moisture.
