Great tek Foo. My Coleman cooler is all I ever use anymore. No, the poo doesn't smell up a room if pasteurized in an airtight cooler. Of course I don't think that properly aged/leeched poo smells "bad" when pasteurized on a stove, it just has a very "earthy" smell. A plastic cooler with a drain plug makes it very easy to drain water off after pasteurization as well.

Will this method of pasteurization work for straw as well? (Say after an all night soak?)

Thanks

Thanks for this - my wife has an overly sensitive nose and does not approve of my hobby.
