Incubation Smell

I recently inoculated 24 jars and placed them in my incubator which is set around 82-87 degrees. A quarter to half of all my jars seem to be growing a steady amount of mycelium but there is a strong smell which Im worried about. It's hard to describe what it smells like so I was wondering if it was normal or not or if it shouldn't smell like anything?

I have had experience with bad smelling, cakes/casings, with MY experience the nasty smells usually mean that it will be contaminated soon...

Earthy smells are good.....
Locker room smells are not....

I think its from the brown rice flour. It doesnt seem like a contamination smell but this is my first grow. I hope it turns out good.
