Trip toys.
    #5311664 - 02/17/06 07:11 PM (17 years, 11 months ago)

Right, I'm planning on eating some of my homegrown shrooms next week and I've been checking up on what I have around that I can use as trip toys.

So far I have thought of:

Plasma Sphere
Shisha with 8 diff

Anything with lights that you can hold up to your face is really intense. While peaking on shrooms, lights are fucking ridiculous. Most fun ever.

Aside from the obvious things (black lights, lava lamps) I got these little rattle-sized things that have spinning lights inside with all these different colors.  I have 3 of them, so I can wave them all around, one in each hand, one in the hand of a friend.

Basically anything you get that is rave-related will probably be a lot of fun.

  • Kaleidoscope
  • Telescope- Theres nothing like lookin at the moon, at 140x, at midnight, in the middle of a field, while shrooming. It's incredible; espically when the sky is so clear u can see the milky way.
  • Good headphones, and good music

WOW! First time I tripped (3 years ago maybe) I had one of these. Its exactly like a rattle except for the spinning lights inside the plastic bulb. I held that to my eyes for so long. I think I got it at Walgreens.

i think that sometimes, less is more when tripping.

then again, i tend to have really intense experiences where im not looking for things to play with because i have become one with the chair im sitting in.

any types of lasers or lights that will go on automatic are awesome.
or you can try just replacing all your regular light bulbs with black lights

If you are tripping with friends, try to play twister - its super hard because the colors keep changing, but fun as hell.

I have two of those as well.  I got mine at musuem giftshop when I worked there a few years ago.

I also have a device that has a string strung through it and when you turn it on, it shoots the string up into the air.  Its crazy when tripping.

And this was posted earlier this week, I think this would be amazing!

when tripping any object could be a trip toy. a flower or a pencil is probably as interesting as a lava-lamp etc.

what's important for me:
-music
-no disturbing people (cool people is nice if I'm not tripping alone; love to talk/discus things)
-nature (if possible, is also fine without music ofcoarse)

The world is your trip toy.

Play with it.

(those lights they sell at spencers that consist of hundreds of thin fiber optic cables shooting out the top are amazing too!)

Taffy, when im trippin with my bros, we all load up on our choice flavor of laffy taffy (quarter each) and munch away with good music and our eyes closed. They always bring excellant CEVs and good flavor.\
a pen and paper is also a trip toy. the way the ink flows out of the pen is outrageous. try it, its better than it sounds.
