They have names and I wish I had more energy to explain them all and give you the names. The last two, are first "a heavy dose of mushrooms", the second is "LSD in a dimly lit room"
Other names include river rue mount aya, net of LSA, psilo-entities, phish coventry (acid/shroom come on), shamans trance: inspired by salvia and the double helix, sidewalk huasca and a few others. Im sure some of you will know for example, which one is river rue mount aya.

the names are excessively intriguing
i love the variety of work you have there! it's all different enough in style to excite the senses, but not so different that they don't fit together ...
i especially like the drawing on the right in the second thumbnail ... i can totally feel the energy in that one

i like how you've condensed space with lines and not with smearing` space and depth are much more realistic when drawn with lines then smudge shading is- smudging is better for effects and texture rather then defining space i think. anyways, Your subject matter of 'a line's communication with itself' so i call it, seems to be in a perfect position for transition- I'm excited to see what you dip your hands into next. the 3rd from the bottom is my fav~

Thanks for the interesting compliments. Its kinda funny really, I worked backwards with my artistic evolution. I actually was naturally quite talented with realism. For years I did art that ranged from colorful and realistic, to Pieces that look like photographs--->the later, all done in pencil(its hard to believe when you look at my recent stuff though). Its kind of a weird evolution because I was voted best artist in high school, probably because realism using pencil doesnt get much better than what I could do even as a sophomore, and I became better at it than my teacher thanks to her. I was an artistic oddity really.
These are all 20-40 min pieces(years later) that were directly influnced by psychadelics, a transition really. The rule was with these, that I would not correct any errors I felt I had made. All objects in the background involved breaks in the lines so i could make things in the foreground stand out without ever using an eraser etc. Recently, as seen here I have focused on line and the geometry created by the uncontrived mind when using psychadelics. Thats why they are all done in 20-40 min. and I never erased anything. (I never did create art when tripping, as the experience was sacred to me)
Thanks for the compliment on the third to last drawing, it is one of my favorites too. Thats the one entitled "River Rue Mount Aya". It was after the (by far)heaviest trip I have ever taken. I had taken ayahuasca for two days. It was my way of coping with the fact that the experience will last a lifetime(with subtle visuals intact for the rest of my life). I almost feel like what I learned during that double dose is forbidden to be talked about, and half of it is totally unbelievable. Anyways that piece is meant to look like your own eyes, in your head, on a boat, in the river rue with jungles surrounding, as you peer through the massive visions and see mount aya.
I really want to see some more art. Ill certainly post some more when I get a hold of a digital camera again.

Hehe, no explanation was needed.
Excellent as ever.
