How much better is casing

I've read a lot about crumbling and casing PF tek jars, how much better is than just fruiting the cakes. Does it improve potency and flush size. Also is dehydration less of a problem when you're casing cause I know its recommended to dunk cakes in between flushes. Thanks

I did 4 1/2 pint cakes my first grow.

For my second grow I decided to do casings and the pinset from 1 quart, which equals 4 1/2 pints, is easily more impressive than fruiting straight cakes.
Casings > Cakes.

Honestly in my newb/intermediate experience, I have found cakes to be a HELL of a lot easier. I mean ALOT easier. I always got a contam with casings, plus with cakes, don't require a casings/time/etc.
BUT, I went from the BRF to Poo casings. MUCH bigger yields....and the potency was just purely beautiful.
From what I have read, if you are going to do casings, go with either straw or POO. Anything else is just not worth it.

Casings with BRF are no more potent they're exactly the same the only thing that can change is yield. I firmly believe it's a great stepping stone for beginners to get your feet wet with BRF casings using your PFTek's of course.

Really? Cakes require higher humidity levels then casings. How is this easier?

So true but even then it's not that bad.
