I found about 35 cubensis mushrooms 3 days ago and dried them (in my room) with a magazine and paper towel sheets. I put them on the mag. and placed the paper towels over them. Then I opened the window closed the rather thick curtains and turned on my big ceiling fan. Now 3 days later I find a white mold like substance on a lot of my shrooms... Now I need to know if it's poisonous to eat them even though the white stuff is there. And how I should prevent this from happening again. Please help me out. If you want I can take pictures too.

Take some pics, it might help. Generally, since you wouldn't eat food that had mold growing on it, you probably shouldn't eat shrooms either. There are many molds that can be harmful as a result of toxins they produce (such as aflatoxin from common aspergillus species), or from actual infection (pretty unlikely). Most molds shouldn't present a problem - but I would definitely make a tea so that it gets killed in the boiling. But if you have easy access to cubes, you should just throw these out and find some new ones.

Dry them whole or in portions, depending on the size, by placing them on a raised mesh-screen infront of a domestic fan heater. Radiant heat is useful for the slow drying of semilanceata, but they seem rather unique in that their water content /unit area is small. Slow drying is preferable for all shrooms to preserve potency, however with larger strains of psilocybe in an "ad hoc" environment a raised screen and the judicious monitored use of a variable setting domestic fan heater may achieve a workable result. Try employing more than one (gentle) drying method at a time (radiant heat with intermitent fan heating etc.)

Is it possible that it's mycelium? Can I prevent this in future by not covering the shrooms with something while drying? In my country there are high humidity levels so that sometimes mold develops on my clothing.. What do you guys recommend?

I found a pick of what the mold kind of looks like this http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/372345
But it's not black or brown at all and is just white real white and a little hairy.

I have been dryiong collected wild shrooms for thirty years now and I dry them on newspaper on open air. I have only had a few drying prioblems in hot weather areas but learned how to stop that. There is a good method int heFAQ in the Shroomery's Ultimate Shroom Guide.
Do not you people read anything posted here excpt the forums. Everything one needs to know is already posted in the FAQ on this site.
