    #5306449 - 02/16/06 11:19 AM (17 years, 11 months ago)

Alright so i have Mexi-cubes on the way and i was wondering if the best thing to use is the Vermiculite and the BRF for the cakes. Thanks

For cakes, yes, Vermiculite and BRF make the best cakes. However, BRF cakes are the bottom rung of the ladder so far as substrates are concerned. If you have a pressure cooker, read up on Wild Bird Seed. It's cheap and wayyy plentiful. Plus better mushies. Or, if you really want good big, potent mushies, spawning to horse poo is the way to go - Or phase 2 compost, but horse poo is way more accessible.
