a syringe was ordered and paid 25$ for. upon no response, buyer proceeded to e-mail him questioning the order. No reply.. second e-mail was sent and again No REPLY. his fax number was on the site, so proof of purchase was faxed directly to the company requesting a reply, NO Reply, 2 months later, the buyer still hasn't heard back, has no syringe, and he WAS Charged
proof can be provided. Buyer wishes to hear from the owner of shamanshop.net, and requests his product immediately. In my opinion the supplier should include an extra syringe due to poor business skills.
This aint intended to badmouth companies, but is merely a factual occurance of events

yeah I know, vendors forum.. just needed to bitch a little bit in hopes that he is one of thoes annonymous users. you know how it goes.. but atleast others have a background if they come accross that site.

no need for slammers, or tracking. he has his address, and fax #. But if anyone wants to e-mail him at info@shamanshop.net and tell him he's getting a bad rep and make good on his deals, it will be appreciated..
Hell and if you guys can convince him to send that shit, I will get my friend to make prints when they cap out, and hook people up with prints for helping out..
The best way to get rid of these scumbags is in groups. Maybe we can atleast prevent more people from being ripped.

My good friend has been waiting 3 weeks for an order that has already been paid for. They confirmed it was sent out the day after order. 10 days later he e-mailed the guy and after much waiting and phoning, he received a response that it was accidently not yet shipped. it is now 3 weeks and my friend is getting very upset. it is many e-mails and phone calls later and little seems to be done about it.

I will be glad to refund or replace any missing item - just let me have the order number or your last name - you will get a reply instantly - with either a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.
