Questions in prepartion for a bulk truffle grow

I will inoculate multiple large rye bags with a mixture that is prepared as follows: 10 rye jars are knocked up by a mexicana A syringe, the first healthy truffle to form is picked out and a sample is taken from it (selected for speed of production) and is cut to small pieces in a sterile environment. It is placed into a microwave sterilized jar of liquid honey+very diluted h202 and shaken ever day.
This seems like it would work pretty well. My first question is, would it be better to clean the truffle in h202 instead of having it mixed in with the liquid honey preparation? I have read something about an adjustment period for agar/h202. Would the truffle culture even take to the liquid honey mix? Also, do truffles grow faster if they are incubated or should they just be left at room temperate? I read that truffles are survival mechanisms, is it possible to increase yield with some type of radical temperature change? When growing truffles in one large bag (1/2 gallon) is a vent needed or is the air that is trapped in there upon sealing enough? Anyone have a link to a bulk truffle grow on this site or another? I heard truffles sweat a lot, would lining the bottom of the bag with about an inch of dry vermiculite help out or would it just suck up the substrates water? Is it possible to sterilize a large bag of rye seed in the microwave instead of pressure cooking it? Should I skip the first step and just get a culture from growing the spores out on agar? If you can answer any of these questions please help me out, thanks in advance.

Umm? You are growing truffles?
I heard those were nearly impossible to grow in an artificial environment.

What objects are you proposing to yourself? Are they the objects you really value? If they are not, you are cheating yourself. I don't meant that if you chose to pursue the objects you most value, you will attain them; of course not. Your experience will tell you that. But success in getting after much labor what you really don't care for is the bitterest and most ridiculous failure." -George Santayana
