would this work?

i was wondering... if i would soak grains for 24 hours and then rinse them and put them with jars and all needed stuff in a air-proof laminar  and then switch the UV lamp on and leave it for some time working, would the UV lamp kill all the spores and the bacteria? here's a picture of the laminar (bad drawing :smile:

You don't want UV unless you know what your doing. It can kill contaminates and the spores and you, it is very expensive and possibly dangerous in the wrong hands.

It is worth reading about and learning about it, but not piratical to use.

If you have no problems with contaminates then you wont need one.

If you do have problems with contaminates then it might not help with that, you need to prefect your tek

well i have worked many times in laminates that use UV light for sterilization and i believe that a solid design of the laminar should work fine and UV lamps aren't that expensive. And there's no worries about health if you are not exposed to the light isn't it so?
