what used in the "poor man's" fruiting chamber? I know im on my first attempt and i have a seperate fruiting chamber and incubator but my incubator is small (keeping it all stealth) I used two small rubbermaid containers and then jacked up the height of one so i could fit a sumergeable water heater under one of the rubbermaids. Working rite now, i actually got my first signs of mycelial growth today! I think i bought both the rubbermaids for under 5 bucks and the water heater was like $12-15. Good Luck! -?en

the poor man is like that.. sorta.. poor boy - http://www.shroomery.org/index.php/par/25056 the only differnce with mine is that i have a sumerged water heater. so thats why i think that i could use it as an incubator and as a fruiting chamber.. right?

If you buy one more tub you could make a TiT incubator. I'd rather just buy two more tubs seeing as they aren't that much money. And have an incubator AND an FC. The submersible heater is the most expensive part anyways.

alright so you might hate me after saying thins, but money isnt really a problem for me so i dont mind spending to get a good product. also with the TiT do i still use the lava rocks and what not or is it a completely different setup.. (researching tit right now.) i dont know beign a newb the poor mans fc looks friendly and easy for me so its still a question of mine if it can be used as a incubator, although i am looking at the Tit.

The TiT would be the best but free cheap and easy is a box on top of your water heater (if its indoors)... And you want the Fc and Inc separate that way you have jars colonizing while others are fruiting.

yes, what the other DJ said - i mean you just know when your waiting for your creations to fruit, your gonna be eager to get another run started, so its useful to have your FC and incubator seperate!
peace!
