Queasy feeling while shrooming.

Often times when I shroom I get that queasy feeling in my stomach and sometimes even end up throwing up pretty much everything in my system later on in the night. This happens even when I don't drink at all the entire day when I'm planning for a shroom trip. Just wondering if anyone else on here has the similar experience and if they have any cures for it, all advice would be greatly appreciated.

First off, welcome to the Shroomery.
Second, the queasy feeling is pretty common especially during the beginning of a trip. The feeling usually passes once the effects of the shrooms begin to take effect, so try to tough it out. Also, the fact that you feel queasy after not eating anything could also be part of the problem. I recommend eating something light before you trip to give your stomach a nice base to begin with, much like when drinking alcohol.
EDIT: I also recommend that you read this: http://www.shroomery.org/index.php/par/3170
-------------------- "Prohibition will work great injury to the cause of temperance. It is a species of intemperance within itself, for it goes beyond the bounds of reason in that it attempts to control a man's appetite by legislation, and makes a crime out of things that are not crimes. A Prohibition law strikes a blow at the very principles upon which our government was founded." -- Abraham Lincoln, 1840.

I've heard that ginger reduces nausea.

Whenever I feel queasy I just find something to explore. If you are outside just start walking and you will be so curious about the environment that the feelings will be gone.

Tea preparations help with neausea as does encapsulation of the goods. If you have the luxury, try different strains too. Sometimes slightly different strains or different methods of growing help.
