THE BEST WAY TO START A BLOODLINE?

i got a couple Golden Teacher PF cakes from my buddy. they're 90-100% colonized. i want to start a bloodline from these and i'm not quite sure what the best way to do it would be.
i figured i would just fruit the cakes in a perlite terrarium and take prints. i also thought i would try using the GB and taking a tissue sample from the inside of a fruitbody and transferring to an LC and also to an Agar plate to make numerous LC's...
any useful insight from those more experienced than myself would be greatly appreciated.
i mean, if this was a clone from a mother (weed) plant i would know what to do. but i'm in the dark here.

I just make lots of LCs with lots of prints. Easy enough for me and i'm lazy as fuck.

Man, you've got all the bases covered. Spore prints, tissue cloning, LC, and agar isolation. Really, what else is there?

Nikola Tesla never used a drawing board. his drawing board literally was his mind. he had a mental "workshop" so to speak.
i'm not any kind of prodigy but i do have an overactive mind. i like to have all the possible variances and outcomes and tweaks worked out in my mind the best i can before i actually attempt doing it. this way when i do make a mistake, i automatically know what it is. so's not to do it again.
all of these things i'm talking/asking about are all concepts i toatlly understand and have repeatedly read over - but have yet to actually DO. i just want to make sure i am about to take the right steps before i take them.
"what else is there?" i dunno -- i'm sure Agar could tell you! LOL
i just wanna know i'm on the right track.

what is a blood line? Do you mean a clone of one of these mushrooms?

what is a bloodline? well, i guess my definition is obtaining a mycelial culture of a specific strain. then using that to further grow the strain out and perpetuate it from the original source, via collected spores from the fruits - and/or using LC and Agar to make inoculant spores or live tissue.
if that clears it up for you...
being able to continually and indefinitely grow a strain from an original live mycelial cake.

I'd just grow them out, then worry about step 2. I'm sure you'll end up taking a couple of good prints (so you can send me one, lol), and cloning your biggest fruits by way of LC. BTW, Nikola Tesla was one of the greatest inventors the world has ever known, yet he died a desolate old man, alone, and broke, and all of his later works were classified, never to be released to the public. It's all subjective, life that is.

Pred, do you know the J.P. Morgan FORCIBLY "bought out" all of Nikola Tesla's plans, patents. pre-patents, and any type of reseach info he had on FREE ENERGY???
it DOES exist, you can SEE -SOME- of the sketches and rough drafts. Morgan bought it out to ensure a reliability on lucrative forms of energy.
and that is JUST the TIP of the Tesla iceburg.
