gram conversion for peroxide agar tek

Just wandering if anyone knows a rough conversion for agar and malt extract to mL/tbl spoons...whatever, for the peroxide agar tek, dont have a scale here.

I have powdered agar though...so I need like a recipe to add em both to 150ml of water
