Colonization stalling???
    #529257 - 01/23/02 04:20 PM (23 years, 3 months ago)

I went on vacation for ~5 weeks and innoculated my bags of sterilized rye with a syringe right before I left... I come back and though I did have them in a cool place, 72 degrees, I had them there to stunt the growth... it worked to well and they are only 3/4 colonized... I have them in an incubator now, how much longer do you think this will take? I broke up the rye into little pebbles while still in the bed, so it would spread the spawn around?
