Its the one thing the average shroomer HATES......bad trips......But what about the few that enjoy a bad trip every once in a while? First couple times i did shrooms i loved them. Then the next 2-4 trips were all preatty scary, yet i enjoyed them. Even though i was about on the point of mental death, the outcome was for the better. Some times in order to see what good things you have in life, you must see the bad. Anyone else feel the same way?

I dont know what you guys consider a bad trip. Ive had my fair share of experiences id say around 20 acid trips, lost count on shrooms and out of all of them ive never had something where the mind's array of thoughts became too potent for senses too handle. I took advantage of the chaos and I let my mind go instead of holding on to the last string of sanity. When you fight it your mind becomes your own worst enemy. The only thing i can consider to me is a bad trip, which actually happens in most of my trips, and so its really just to me a downfall of tripping is that my social abilities have never been up to par so many times I become trapped in social webs and start to feel and make everyone else feel (so i think) very awkward. I try to stick with someone I feel very comftorable with or just by myself, or I wont trip. Its a lesson learned. Many of you might say its because I have never truly become comftorable with myself, and I would have to agree, but then again I cant ever see myself where my thoughts are so in tune with how I am that I will be perfectly comftorable. Defeniately know thyself but keep an open mind because at any second of your life a realization might change your whole view, your whole sense of yourself.
As too your original post. There would be no sense of good or pleasure without a sense of bad or evil, however you want to look at it. Its all just a human perception of an event anyways, so whose to say its good or bad, but what I do know is that it is a mind expanding event and in my book that is good enough . So id have to agree with you as I think everyone else would.
Dont know if that had any kind of sequence too it, kind of just let the thoughts come to and typed. Ive alays wanted to talk about "bad trips" so ive said my thoughts I want to hear what other people got.
