What to do with colonized LC
    #5290863 - 02/12/06 06:47 AM (17 years, 11 months ago)

This may sound like a totally n00b question, but what can you do with a colonized LC? I only hear injecting it into PF-style cakes.. but what if I were to just pull out the entire jar contents and case it? Can that even be done? I've never done this before, and I have the supplies for LC, but not for the PF-cakes. Should I just wait the extra week to get the rest of the supplies for the PF tek?

Casing straight LC wont get you anything of worth. Not enough nutes to produce anything worthwhile. Wait for the materials to make up some substrate.

LC's are just for growing mycelium to inoculate something. You need to go to the cultivation section and just read everything you can.

thanks guys, I just couldn't find any info on this. I've been reading everything I can get my hands on, I was just looking for a loophole to save a few bucks.
