try better air exchange - do the jars have holes that are uncovered? this can make a big difference. Try turning the jars upsidedown for a bit to force c02 out.
hope thats of some help
good luck!

For me, slow jars develop cause the moister content is off, or the (WBS)has been stuck together(lick a brick).
91 is way too high, 80-83 works for me, Mycelium death is at 106 so 91 way too close.

I think you should stop trying all kinds of different things and stick to the basics .
Changing so many variables , such as you are , will do nothing but confuse you and with changing so many things around , if you do get something to work chances are you won't know what did it , lol .
Stick to 2:1:1 ,2 parts verm. ,1 part BRF ,1 part water for your jar mix . 80 degrees F for temp . 1-2 CC's per 1/2 pint jar . Put em in the incubator and don't look for a week or so and see what happens . Practice some patience.

Try all of the above. If nothing works, switch your spore source out. I've went through 2 COMPLETE grows with B+, Z, and EQ strains, whereas I have 8 PESA jars that have yet to fully colonize from 2 months ago. They are still growing, but at an extremely slow rate, and have been growing that way since the time of inoculation. If I didn't have so much time invested with them, I'd chuck them. Just try some other strain and see if that helps. GL.

HippieChick seems to know what she's talking about. Patience is golden.
If you are a beginner, which you obviously are...stick to the guides which have been prepared by those with far more experience (believe it or not, there are those of us here that know far more than you could possibly imagine...don't be stubborn...stubbornness is a fast road to incessant failures).
