Mono/Double tub question

The temperature in my room is usually on the lower end of the spectrum, around 60-64 degrees F. I read optimal temperatures for this are between 70-75. I was wondering what problems could occur if I used my TIT Incubator and put the tub holding the substrate in that, setting the water temperature to 75 degrees.
Would this dry out my substrate?
I only want to do this while its colonizing, once I get full colonization i plan on taking out out of the TiT.

I don't think it would dry out the substrate, but the problem would be lack of air exchange inside the TiT, which is crucial for a mono/double tub setup.

Aye.
Set the temperature at 82 degress, this is a TiTiT incubation, because I dont need any water seeping into these breathing holes. Im hoping to get more growth than I have seen in the last week of 60 degree temperatures.

Are you fruiting right now, or incubating? For fruiting, I definitely would NOT recommend a temp of 82F.

This is only for colinization of the substrate, once i get full colonizations, I will case and fruit in regular temperatures, probably around 66. I dont believe you need FAE for this stage of the process.
Read my first post, It clearly says only for colonization of substrate. When fruiting this will come out of any incubation whatsoever.

Bulk substrate usually generates a substantial amount of it's own heat, so 82 might still be too much for incubation.

Im thinking, since its 82 degree water, and my room is cold, and the heat has to go through 3 tubs, It should be fine, especially with venting. I will keep an eye in the internal temperature of the tub.

I clearly don't remember reading that the first time, otherwise I wouldn't have asked.
