the autoclaveables work well, make sure they arent pushed up to the sides though.

ULine has about 100 types of bags. If you are using the 2 mill gussetted ones. No, they will not PC.

To help stop them from touching the sides, yet still allowing them to rest against the sides, just wrap the sides with a dishtowel or something, ya know?

get the thick autoclaveable gussetted ones like agar said. many links have been posted, taking you to the right bags. use the SEARCH!
oven bags are thin and break. use the ulines.

fuck, i didnt see "autoclaveable" on them but figured it was cool. couid you link him to the proper bags then?
oh i just read your post again. it says if they are these ones they won't, not if they aren't these ones they won't. my mistake.
i go with spawn bags myself, from sponsors.

sporeworks and mycofactory are lower priced than mycosupply, and sporeworks apparently has a "pre-sealable" bag. i'll have to check those out.

themadseason is cheaper then all of them. Someone had another link awhile back of a place that had pretty cheap autoclavable bags, but I can't find it.

Blue Helix reported that the mad seasons bags are cheaper then sporeworks but thinner. I bought the sporeworks bags. Also Blue Helix states that you CAN let the bags touch the sides of the PC given its on an Electric range or hot plate. I do not use a towel.
For the record I do get away with using those 2 mil gusseted bags when sterilizing my casing mix. You have to watch that PC close and make sure not to let it get over 15 psi the bags like to melt at 17 psi. They were suggested in a thread by agar but I did not realize he meant only for pasteurizing. Luckily I do a lot of that. The last time I used them I crammed my 921 all the way to the top using 2 bags and PC'd 90+ minutes. When opening I had to carefully work the bags apart as they had begun to stick together and the sides a little bit. I did get both of them out without a rip though.
