Bonehead mistake....

Instead of tossing spent cases in the garbage I have prepared a grave for them out back,
Nothing big as I am not a gardener, just a shallow grave with this, I had mistakenly bought
So I tossed it an a area that does not get sun light. (my pile of shame)
ANYWAY I had a jar that Mr. Green got a hold of, so I was going to toss in the grave,
But I mistakenly grabbed a 75% PE jar,
I was on the phone and did not realize what I did until I looked at it and thought...
um that sure looks pretty white....then I realized what I did.
So now I have PE going outside and have no clue...just let them do there thing I guess

Lol, my graveyard is contamed rye mostly. Maybe I'll see some ergot infested rye, come spring.
Damn, you're gonna have to pee on them at night to keep them warm. Or, sit on them. Might make your neighbors curious, though.

haha, more jars where those came from.
I was PCing some rice a few days ago, had got it up to temp, and was chilling in the next room. I heard this chink chink sound, "What the hecks is that???" DOH, I left out the rack!

wow... where did you get a giant bag of Coco coir?
i can't even find the little bricks here at the pet stores??!?
I've been wanting to start some outdoor beds, but i don't have a fence Yet, As of now i actually just have a pile of spent casings kinda like a compost pile.
I just rake em into the ground every dump. i need to bury em, but trich has set in.
Thinking that if the sun get's to it first, before i bury it.... some good may come.

You can't find coir at your petstore? If you have a Petsmart or a Pet Supplies Plus, I'm almost positive that they both have it.... Look in the reptiles section - coir is usually the bedding that they use. Comes in bricks something like this:

I got that bag at a local hydro store, one of the few advantages of living in a large metropolitan area, everything is a few miles away.
Though that is not the same as the bricks, I don't know the details but that it is not recommend, I did use it for a few of my first cases.
Yeah I'll keep updates......it's starting to make me think of an outdoor grow......Psilocybe cyanescens, azurescens..........
