How do i check for contams?

How long should I leave pf jars in my incubator before inoculating to ensure that they have no contams?

If you have sterilized your jars properly, you are more likely to introduce contaminants when innoculating, either from the syringe needle or (heaven forbid) a contaminated syringe. If you really want to though, 3 or 4 days should be plenty of time.

thanks this is my first time trying this out so i just want to be sure. I'll let them sit for 3 days then inject them using the oven tek and an alchohol burner with generous use of lysol
