Im planning on making a few doses worth of tea out of powdered skins for saturday night. The problem I have to cook it by friday because I won't have a stove saturday.
How/Can I store the tea so it doesn't lose any potency?

I just refridgerated mine once, drank it 4 days after, seemed to be just as potent as similar doses I had made that I drank instantly.

Mescaline is a very stable molecule. Peyote buttons have been found, stored by indigenous peoples thousands of years ago, to still contain similar levels of mescaline as fresh peyote.

Mescaline is stable, tea from plant matter is not.
Should be fine for a week in the fridge, just don't leave it out of the frige for long... it'll get really gross.

You're right.
I just always assume that people will already know the basics of beverage preservation, and therefore their only questions would be focused on the mescaline aspect.
I guess I'm an optimist when it comes to common sense.

Well, you're right. He said lose potency, not "go bad". Unless some sort of mescaline consuming bacteria grows (my kind of bacteria!) It'd probably be just as active... only it'd make you sick as well.
