WTF is wrong with me?

There is something wrong with my body. Here is a list of symptoms:
-Left side of my neck is numb to pain. I will pinch both the left and ride sides of my neck, but feel greater pain on the right side. Same way with my face. -Left side of my chest feels tight, tingly, irritable to the touch, all of this randomly throughout the day. Sometimes it feels this way right below my nipple, and other times I feel it as low as the bottom of my rib cage. -My heart randomly beats hard for no reason. -Sometimes I feel as if I'm in a constant andrenaline rush. But it's nervous energy. -Left side of face sometimes feels really hot, while the right side feels fine. -Left arm feels wierd. Especially in the underarm area closer to my shoulder where it feels irritable. -Whenever I inhale I feel pressure behind my left ear. -Anxiety, probably brought on by the symptoms.
In the past year I have had: -10 Awesome mushrooms trips -One bad mesc trip (it was fine until I smoked pot and I went into a 7 hour panic attack. It was a nightmare) -Smoked cigs for three months and quit. -I just got over a cold where my left sinus cavity (the one on the side of my head close to my ear) became stuffed and I felt an immense about of pressure on the side of my head. -Been mildy exposed to black mold. Possibly cobweb mold as well.
Any ideas guys?

I'd say this is classic anxiety, possibly exacerbated by the mesc trip. Palpitations, burning sensations, admitted nervousness, focus on minor issues (exposure to mold) are indicative of anxiety and possibly panic attacks. If you have disturbed sleep, sweating, a conviction that your are having a heart attack/will die any second then that would be congruent with PA as well.
See a good psychologist or do the basic good stuff: listen to meditation tapes, do relaxation exercises, practice proper respiration (i.e. belly breathing 3 secs in, hold 1 sec, breathe out 3 secs. this will regulate you to the normal 10-14 breaths per minute. You are quite likely hypervenitlating at rest),exercise daily, take walks, eat well, sleep! drink plenty of water, keep engaged with people i.e. socialise moderately, stay employed if possible or cut back as you need, laugh, enjoy your food.
You will probably need to see a physician first to defuse the chance that the causes are medical. Chances are they aren't, but if you don't heck it out your anxiety will use it as rocket fuel. If the doc says there's nothing wrong and offers pills for your head, refuse them and see the psychologist or do the above.
The number one thing fueling anxiety is the misguided belief that 99.9% of life is in our control, whereas the opposite is true. If you can accept the latter without freaking, your anxiety is well and truly in check.

Describe these symptoms to a doctor.

I guess I should have mentioned this before but it was late when I posted. I went to the ER in November for a possible heart attack/panic attack. I wasnt sure which it was so I went anyways. My heart is fine, no blood clots, ect. I had kind of chest wall inflammation but it went away a week after the ER visit.
@doufus Maybe, I haven't ruled out that possibility. I drink plenty of water and have no problems sleeping. I am going to a normal doctor first.
@Thai_Connection I dont think I'm arsenic, I looked up symptoms for the condition and non of them match.

See a physician first to rule out anything medical/organic. These are such diffuse symptoms that i would be very confident it is simply anxiety. You would be amazed what sensations anxiety will give you including all you've described and many more.
As a quick check. Close yr eyes, breathe as freely as you meed to. Count how how many breaths you take per minute over a 3 minute period. If it's more than 14/min you're borderline hyperventilating. I have seen people over 20-24 breathes per minute resting, which means they're almost panting. This hyperventilation will drive panic attacks and all sorts of weird sensations such as tingling, burning, numbness, pain, hot and cold flushes, you name it.
See the doc.

One of the interesting things about anxiety/panic attacks is that many people are so stigmatised by it being a "mental" thing that they're unwilling to admit it. Many would prefer to have real heart disease than admit their symptoms are simple anxiety.
It seems people think anxiety is a weakness/crazy thing while a heart attack is something you couldn't help.

Strangly, since Monday the symptoms have nearly gone away.

I found the cause of those symptoms. It was an allergic reaction to alcohol. I kept drinking because alcohol helped me get to sleep despite the anxiety. It turns out after 4 days of not having a drink, all the symptoms went away. I tested this by drinking again and the symptoms came back. So I guess I can't drink anymore.

Meh, I have anxiety and for a year I had a rough time thinking I was going to die from various symptoms. It sounds like you might be at risk, in fact it sounds a lot like my mind state a few years ago.
Talk to someone about it if you feel you might be at risk. It's worth it.

I guess I didnt explain myself, the symptoms caused by the alcohol caused me to have anxiety. I stopped drinking, thus no allergic reaction, thus no anxiety.

Glad you found the cause of the problem. Maybe it's not a bad thing to have a good reason not to drink.
