LSD going extinct?

Does anyone else have major problems securing LSD in their area. In Dallas, it seems to be extinct. Everyone I talk to says they never see it anymore, but they got plenty of meth. Has meth ruined the hippie subculture of Big D? I've never done acid, but I really want to, but so far...nothing. Damn, I miss Amsterdam

LSD is going no where. You just have to know where to look. You can get yours hands on it within a month of looking in my area. It is for sure less abundant now a days, but definately not going extinct.
Edit: I live in a huge college town though

I've been looking for two years in my area. I've asked everyone, friends, family, tons of dealers. It is nearly impossible to find. Mushrooms, thank lord leary, are still pretty easy to find. Maybe you can't find them like you can find pills and weed, but at least anywhere you go now adays you can find at least one trusty mushroom connect.

I stole all of the country's LSD and brought it to San Francisco.
It's all over the bay area now.

It depends on what part of the country you are in. The west coast is flooded right now.

LSD's never been necessarily easy to find, but whenever it's needed someone can usually find it within a week... I've heard rumors that some people are going to be bringing more meth into the area though, hope that doesn't have too much of an impact on things, really hope it doesn't catch on too heavily in this city... it's a big city though... and these are just rumors...

Dude, I know it's not a secret or anything that you may be able to find certain things at certain shows, it is NOT smart to list specific tours. You never know when some LEO might read something and set up a sting the next time a certain band rolls through. It is a VERY bad idea to tell people specific places to find drugs. Esp. what we are talking about...the DEA and locals have a hard on for making large busts of it. You should edit your post.
Also, you are only contributing to the people that just go to shows to score drugs...those people are usually frowned upon by those who actually go for the music.

ever since i started looking for it like 4 years ago, i have been ripped off 3 times and found AMAZING acid once.
So its pretty much gone here in south texas, i hear there is some floating around austin. I make frequent trips(pun) to austin without any luck though.

Dude I wont shit on that idea. Thats a good point man. Ill delete it. ALthough........... ALL of these bands are well known by law enforcement to have lots of drugs at the shows. It is no big deal that I mention the obvious.
By the way, its just a suggestion. I have never went to a show to get drugs. But I can tell you for sure, 1/8th of most lots are composed of those who didnt buy tickets, many of which are there to sell/buy drugs. Aside from that, I do think its best to delete the post anyways. Thanks for the input.
To all who missed the post listing specific bands, go to a fuckin hippy show, becuase what do hippies do?, they buy and sell drugs.

So, I guess it really does depend on your area. Everytime I go to somebody, they say they'll work on it, and then they contact me a week or so later, and say, "Well, I couldn't find any of what you're looking for, but I got plenty of meth, and that's just as good." It's bullshit. I don't think there are nay true psychonauts left in this damn area.they all became meth addicts, and don't care about those of us who use psychedelics to expand our mind, and see the world in better light. Even Shrooms are hard to come by lately, especially considering how much poisonous ones they're selling in powder form just to make more meth money. I got my own growing now, but I really want to try acid. Maybe I need to make a trip out west.

Its always been hard to find around here. Someone once told me there are only about 6 or 7 major acid cookers in the US. Too bad making the stuff isn't as easy as growing mushrooms.
The only acid I ever found around town was fake. It wasn't even replaced with RCs or anything. Just flat blotter paper. I think the guy dealing it is now in a hospital peeing through a tube, so don't get any bright ideas haha.

If the West Coast is "flooded" right now, the Midwest should start seeing more of it this spring and summer with the various shows and festivals that will be taking place. I've heard of 3 sepearte kinds of blotter in my area in the past 3 months, which is more than I've heard of in nearly 10 years - but I haven't been looking. Keep your eyes peeled this summer, and go see live music!

Where I live, acid is in SUCH high demand, everyone wants it but no one has any. The one guy in our town who used to make acid, quit because he felt he was doing it too often and that if he still made it even to only sell to others, he couldn't help doing more. If an acid dealer started working here he could make a killing, and I know people would pay lots and lots of money for it. I've heard a couple of rumuors of acid comming into town this summer, but I know not to get my hopes up on that one. Right now, the streets are flooded with meth, it's really quite sad and the Media is using the meth problem in the fight against weed too, which sickens me.

What? LSD isn't going "extinct." Not at all... it's just not made as much as it was back in the 60s and 70s, when it was much more in demand. Why would people create something that they won't profit much on? Meth is much more in demand. Not only that, its easier to make. LSD isn't going "extinct", it just isn't all that popular anymore in the mainstream world.
it's hard to find it here too.
