Water Drops in Jars - A Problem?

Boy, first I was worried my cakes were drying out, now I'm worried about too much moisture! Here's the deal... At first, I couldn't really see what was happening inside the jars. But I knew ambient humidity was real low due to indoor winter conditions, exacerbated by the use of a space heater to keep the room at 80?F, so I was worried the cakes might be drying out. Turns out there remains plenty of moisture! The sides colonized pretty well, but the bottoms were holding out. So I took one jar and knocked the cake off the bottom, you know, loosened it. That left an air space between the bottom of the jar and the cake, if one turned them over. The bottom was then able to colonize! So I did it to the rest of the jars. Here is my question: Since loosening the cakes and turning them over, much moisture, in the form of big drops of water, has formed on the glass above the newly created space. Are these drops gonna cause me any problems? Please advise!

seems fine. good idea to turn them over like that. it should colonize that area in no time.

Thanks ya'll! They really have taken off now. I was gonna "dunk-n-roll" 'cause of my earlier fears of dryness. Should I still do that? I'd like to hear what peeps have to say.
