How does my Straw look?
    #5267634 - 02/05/06 09:36 PM (17 years, 11 months ago)

See I just sort f got this somewhere, and I'm not really sure that it's wheat straw. It has a lot of little green leafy stuff in it. Is that right? Here's a pic after I chopped it and put it in water for 24 hrs.:

i think its ok. i dunno about the green stuff but i think it should be ok

you should keep a lil bit in a jar or something for control. it that contams... then the straw is bad.

i thinks its ok overall

Is it wheat straw or what? Some types of straw wont work, and im pretty sure green afalfa wont.

I only use wheat straw, so i dont know if that will work. I hear wheat straw is the best.
