Bags compared to Jars?

Question for those who may know. The bags that the sporeworks sells the medium sized ones how many jars is that compared to in half pints or quart sized? Thanks Heads

I figure the medium bags will hold 2.3 quarts, 6 inches deep... plus a little extra with the buldge. The large ones seem to hold just over a gallon at 6 inches deep... plus the buldge.

but cramming that much substrate into a bag wouldn't be worth it... it wouldn't totally sterilize, as the core wouldn't be able to heat up before the bag would be damaged.
i learned that the hard way. actually, i knew about it, but i hadn't taken it into concideration
