re-soaking WBS after PC?

Welp, I have come to the conclusion due to slow colonization times, that my last batch of wbs didn't have enough moisture in it because I added too much vermiculite. SO, can I take it back out of the jars, resoak for a day and then repeat the process? Or should I just start over with fresh wbs?
Suggestions?

You'll have to start over, or you will have alot of exploded seeds and a goey mess. Plus the shit is dirt cheap. Next time try rinsing the seed really well and then drain. Add seed to jars about 1/3-1/2 full. Add water till its just below the seed line. No vermiculite. then PC for 90 minutes. I get perfect results this way everytime. I forget who came up with this idea but there is a tech for it you can read if need be. Its so simple! GL

Weird! I have never heard of that actually.
Wouldn't that result in too much water? And do you still do the soak process? I looked in the teks and couldn't find it.

Yes use fresh WBS..it's inexpensive.
To get the right moisture content by soaking: http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/3982155#Post3982155
Do you have any colonization in those jars? Don't just throw them out man.
I think I said to you before you can do a G2G transfer with what is in there.

Thanks for the link musher. I read that before but it actually MADE SENSE this time. Good stuff.
I shall start fresh.
And am colonizing one jar at the moment with lipa yai. The other 6 are just chilling. No contams or anything. The thing is, I don't have any other jars, and if these are crapadellic anyway, then I may as well just launch em over a blue moon. Well...the seed that is.
