body temperature problems?

its really wierd. last few weeks, especially the last few days, my body temperature has been off. im not sure how to describe it. maybe its not even my body though, maybe its just the weather...
basically, the last few days have felt kinda chilly. like, its not cold, but not warm. its right inbetween. like, the wind is chilly, but the sun is warm. so most of the day, i feel a little chilly, but if i put something on, i get really warm. so i stay dressed how i am. and every now and thena shiver a little, and at the same time, my hands get warm and swet a little.
or, ill be walkin to school in a thin sweater, and the sun is out, but again, its a little chilly. and then i notice everyone else is in t-shirts, and some even in shorts. even the girls!! then the next day, the sun feels really warm. and im walkin to school in a t-shirt and everyone is wearing sweaters and long pants... and i even saw a few people shiver... wtf!
what i get the most is that, right inbetween being cold and warm, and yet, its not comfortable. its like im both warm and cold, making me shiver and swet... its not alot of shivering, its not teeth chattering. and the swetting isnt like a got a river running down my back, its just a little swet on my spine or palm of my hands. and my nose tends to be cold, giving me a runny nose... lol. its annoying to be sniffling the whole time in class... especially this semester where im sitting next to TWO hot girls in a human sexuality class!!
wtf is this?? is the weather really just somewhere inbetween? wouldnt my body be able to control body heat so as to become comfortable??
and for those of you who are gonna say to stop taking drugs... i havent had shrooms in months, havent smoked weed in even longer. and havent had alcohol for about 4months now. ive been tryin to eat healthy, although i tend to eat regular unhealthy microwave food (like always... lol) and made up for it with many many muscle milk protein shakes an some vitamin pills. maybe im overdosing on the muscle milk??
sorry for the long post. its just really been buggin me...

This has been going on a few days?
You mentioned a runny nose? Sounds to me like you've got a cold coming on.

its not a cold. its not really a runny nose. its more of a, my nose is cold. if i touch it with my hand its cold. and thus runs a tiny little bit. its nothing like a cold.
also its kinda rare that i catch colds. its been about 2 years now since my last cold...

It sounds to me like your metabolism is fluctuating for some reason. It maybe because of your eating habits. Maybe because of your sleeping patterns. Maybe because of your exercise habits.
I don't know why. These are just some things to take into consideration.
I've always been one to be cold even in somewhat hot weather. This caused me to wear more clothes or just move faster when outside to keep myself going.
P.S. I think you'd be suprised how much difference there can be in your body because of your 'state of being' (that's the best way to put it). Like.. maybe you have bad electrical pathways connections, which makes you feel cold in some areas. I've noticed that when I watch TV for extended periods of time, my body kindof shuts down into 'super lazy' mode so that I'm barely breathing out of my right nostril. So, to even things out, I shut my left nostril and just sucked up air through the right side. After about a minute of this, my right arm + back were sweating.
Just realize that keeping a regular exercise schedule can really help. Even stuff like meditating daily (you'd be so suprised) can really help to even things out and overall make you feel alot better. Think about a pre-school meditation. Or maybe do some pushups/pullups. Or both! =D Whatever works for you.

i excercise around 3 or 4 times a week, and do some pushups inbetween. i normally sleep around 10hours a day... lol. been like that since my accident. ive been eating like this for ages. my circulation should be fine, i keep waking up with morning wood like i always have... could it be my nerves? school started again this week, and i pretty shy. class discussions or the thought of class discussions put me on end...
thnx for the help guys!

I find that a morning exercise session is necessary to get the blood flowing. Otherwise you'll have to just wait a few hours for your body to rev up on it's own.

I would start caryying one of the little digital thermometers around with you and start checking your temperture throughout the day and see what kind of results that you come up with.

digit thermometer? how much do those cost?
although, yesterday it didnt happen much. im starting to think it has to do with stress. i got this temp problem on the first week of school when i was takin classes that made me feel kind of insecure, awkward (cause im shy and hate class discussions n shit). now im feelin better about my classes. also yesterday i finally got all my insurance and medical shit cleared up, so that took alot of weight off of my shoulders. but if it was stress, then it might come back... lol.

I don't know off hand but they are pretty cheap---under $20 at least. You wait till you here a little beep, about 15-30 seconds top, and you have your temperature.
