Your "pay attention to me" scheme would work a lot better if the Seahawks had the slightest bit of a chance, but sadly they don't.

It's not a "pay attention to me" scheme. It is meant to be a friendly and humorous wager.

Going over to a friends house.  Huge party, 15-20 people, lots of food, alcohol (beer only for me), pot and hopefully this hash guy will come through as well.  I'm in charge of the guacamole.  I bought 6 avacados, hopefully thats enough.

Go.......whoever wins.  I don't really care, since my Broncos are out, but at least we're getting Owens. :smirk:

Owens is going to the Broncos?  Prepare to watch your team disintegrate.

I don't know what I'm going to do yet, but I doubt I will be watching the game.

No way, bud. Shanahan, Rod Smith, Trevor Pryce, Al Wilson, Lynch, Bailey, would put him in place so quickly... I bet you won't even hear him talk next season.

Reliable Smith, Owens all over the field, Lelie going deep, shit, its on. They probably won't get him though.

On the Dan Patrick show on ESPN radio, Dan mentioned that Denver is now going after Ricky Williams! I haven't heard of this before or what Denver would give up in a trade. He asked should Denver go after T.O. or Ricky Williams. He said both.

Now now.  No way in hell we could handle both egos.  My god.  I'd rather have TO for sure.  We have 3 RBs that can handle the job.  Though RW in top condition is pretty much unstoppable.

And plus, pot is legal in Denver, Ricky would definitely love to come here.  :smirk:

If the Broncos get T.O. you better hope that Shanahan brings the smackdown on his mouthy ass.  T.O. just seems to destroy team chemistry wherever he goes by running his mouth.  Coach Cowher would never put up with him.

Well...it's probably too late to start watching and getting into it for this season. Start next season though. It seriously is like a soap opera for guys sometimes. There are tiffs, trash-talking, macho sounding music playing during the pre-game montages, etc.. It's cool as hell.

Most games are broadcast over network channels. Which means all you need is a TV and a strong antenna, like me. I dont have cable and only watch sports and Craig Ferguson. Saves me money and brain cells.
