Newb Casing Question

Hey guys this is my first attempt at casing, please bear with me.
I inoculated five bags of Rye with Mazatapecs on 2/1/06
I would like to use a pastuerized straw/verm/poo mix from tennstud, do I mix 50/50 100% colonized mycellium/tenn sub mix, wait for that to fully colonize and then 50/50 colonized mix to peat/verm? If so then can I stearilize my peat/verm in oven-bags in a PC?
Make sure peat/verm water saturation is so that I'm just able to squeeze a bit out right?
What's the difference between pastuerized and stearilized?
Can I still use calcium if doing this meathod?
I would like to case in either aluminium pans or dish tubs in large humidity/perlite chambers, then hand mist and fan. Do I need to worry about draining these still?
Spawn means fully colonized mycellium, correct?
When and how do I dunk my casing? Is it similar to dunking a cake? Patch right after picking?
What is scraping, when and how do I do it?
Sorry guys, I'm really high tonight is there a dictionary around here?

1. Yes mix jars and poo, 1 to 5 ratio (jar/poo), no need to sterilize, peat and verm, put it in a bowl and in the oven for 15 mins at 350 degrees, then let it cool.
2Pasturizing doesnt kill every contam in whatever your pasturizing, with poo there are beneficial contams, sterilizing is cooking under pressure to kill every contam.
3 calcium yes
4 You dont need drainage
5 Spawn mean a fully colonized substrate that is innoculating a larger bulk substrate.
6 I dunk starting after 1st flush and every flush after.
7 its knocking down mycelium that is coming in too think on a casing layer so that uncolonized portions may catch up. Pour alchohol on a fork, let it dry, and scrape an 1/16th of an inch down, patch with very light casing material and continue to incubate.
