correct lighting?

In the past I have used natural light but now that I will be using a cool mist terrarium setup I need other light. I was about to buy one when I found an old aquarium light in my basement.
It says 20" economy incandescent, its fits on a 10 gallon aquarium. Will this provide the right kind of light?
Also I know they sell blue lights fo this at the fish stores will these work even better?

The light you found will work great.
Mushrooms don't need much light.
The only use light to find which way to grow upward.
They are not dependent on light.

Should I go with the blue llights? (I need to buy new lights for it anyways)
they might just be blue tinted, but I dont know much about light spectrums, only thing I do know is its trippy when you look through those plastic things and are able to see the color spectrum
