Welcome to Thursday. It's gonna be an ok day. Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince is waiting for me at the post office, gonna pick it up after work. And there's a little bit of pot at home to look forward to once the workday's done.
Might see a movie tonight.
Hi Pub.

Hash is great. Last night i smoked hash out of a chillum and learned the traditional way of smoking out of a chillum. It was actually really cool. just sitting on the floor of my friends room in his aprtment on campus taking some great hash hits. it was beautiful. and really the first time i actually enjoyed smoking it.
have fun with the hash!

i've always preferred to crumble my hash with toasted tobacco and roll a spliff with it. the taste (not to mention the stone that comes of it) is simply amazing.
oh, and good morning everybody. my lips are a bit stained from some (a lot!) of red wine i was drinking last night. now work work working... although i think i'll pack a little bowl beforehand

I wanted to ski in Canada too but damnit, maybe next year. I'm going to NM Angelfire from the 20th - 24th and then the last week of march to Vegas... I can't wait I've never skied or been to sin city.

Fuck I've got the Beatles song "Good Morning, Good Morning" stuck in my head now.
Could be worse, could be "Your Mother Should Know".
It's afternoon here and I'm getting through the working day by listening to Wake of the Flood (awesome) and reading Amy Hempel short stories (fucking astounding) when I should be working.
This is all irrelevant, please ignore....

What was the temp job? I'm still a lowly temp...working my way up towards conversion though!

It was some 8-day project doing a mass mailing for a cancer research institute. I'm not too worried about losing the opportunity, though I could have really used that money to buy an iPod & cell phone.

You have to work at LEAST 6 months as a temp before they'll even begin the conversion process. My supervisor is just starting his 8th month here and just started the conversion process.

Do your lips get chapped as well the day after you drink wine?
Good morning to everyone! I only have one class on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but I work from 11 until 8 today. Since it's Thirsty Thursday, I assume I'll celebrate after work.

horribly so. i've got a habit of chewing on my bottom lip whilst drunk, as well - so a night of red wine results in a morning of wine-stained chapped lips. i managed to wash most of it off, but i can never completely hide it. i figure it is just my "holy jesus how i love red wine!" badge of honor
