Chemically induced apathy! (Again)

So I'm back on SSRI's. Cipralex (Escitalopram oxalate) this time. Apparently it's a pure isomer of Paroxetine (Paxil). And it's supposed to be better than Paxil: more selective, less side effects.
I'm on it for a myriad of reasons and I'll spare you the details. But so far it's been good! Far better than my previous experience with Paxil. Wish me luck guys!
Thanks

Escitalopram oxalate is da bomb. It gave me no negative side effects.
The side effects I got were kind of enjoyable. My pupils used to get dilated after taking it. I've always had visuals but on Escitalopram they're intensified. Especially the warping/flowing of patterns or textures, and a bright rainbow colored static on walls and other smooth surfaces.
Another side effect was intense and bizarre dreams. I wake up every morning remembering up to five separate dreams. Before Escitalopram, pot was keeping me from remembering any dreams ever. Now I remember my dreams even if I smoke at night before bed.
This stuff has worked wonders for my social life too.

Heh, I've noticed a lot of good side effects too. Feels like I'm half tripping most of the time, but very mild and pleasant.

Is this an anti-anxiety drug?
I used to have beta-blockers (inderal)

It's an SSRI. Used to treat all kinds of disorders, anxiety included (in my case anxiety).

Do all SSRI's stop MDMA from working properly? I know prozac does and i know why but is it the same with all of them?

Never tried them together. From what I've heard SSRI's limit the effect of MDMA.
