fruiting in jar - oops

AFOAF's jars have been around for 6-7weeks since they were ionculated. The colonisation has been slow probably because of lower temperatures. The problem is that now the jars are starting to fruit yet most of them are not 100% colonised. The furthest is about 97% colonised - others much less.

Maybe they were exposed to light too much by checking them.

What's best to do now - cut out the uncolonised portions and case?

Take the lid off and set your jars in your terrarium, After your first flush. crumble and case.

Well, for the less colonized cakes i recommend letting them colonize further even though hey are fruiting, and for the ones almost complete you can burn the uncolonized substrate.
