ok i am going to grow on cakes just because i never got it to work this way and it pisses me off i usually use casings im trying to get them to pin in the damn jars but i cant seem to get them to. could it be that there is too much co2 buildup? should i take them out i know fanning helps with caseing but i dont want to bring unwanted contams into the jars oh yeah yes they have light and i droped the temp 10 deg ok so what i really want to know is should i pull them out and fan? but i know it is better to wait for pins for cakes??????
