Without reading all vendor websites which I have read most anyway my question is do any of you guys sell a food dehydrator for drying shrooms or can you advise a good one to buy in a local store?

All-American brand is nice. Get one with the adjustable thermostat from 85 - 140 degrees, and use it on the lowest setting.
