wonder if anybody could help me How would i messure a dosage Besides a scale the mushrooms are half dry so I dunno how to messure now ? can i messure on how many mushrooms to eat Please give me the amount and how tall they must be so I can work that out Please i have a kick ass scale but it's usless Untill they fresh or cracker dry :) thanxz peepz

I dont have a scale either and this is how Im doing it: Put a fan on them untill they are completely dry, then put them in a coffe grinder or something like that and turn them into powder, after that put them in size 00 gelcaps. If they are packed tight (use a new pencil to compress powder) they should weigh .5 grams or close to it. Even at 15$ for grinder and 8$ for caps its still cheaper than a scale and a convenient way to dose.
